1. What advice would you give someone starting a business?
"Well, for someone contemplating starting a new venture, a new business I would say the most important thing is to be prepared, because I firmly believe that opportunity comes to those who are prepared for it. Understand your market. What your customers needs are. How you may be able to meet and exceed those needs. Understand what your personal needs may be from a financial, people and otherwise perspective. In essence, be prepared."

2. What is your philosophy of success in business?
"My personal philosophy for success in business is quite simple. First, be prepared. Understand your market. Secondly, be ready to serve the community. Thirdly, be ready to create value for all of your constituents and last I would say, be yourself. Understand that value comes when you are interested, enjoying and loving what you are doing."
