John McQuiston, II Evans & Petree , Partner
| John McQuiston is a founding member of The Society of Entrepreneurs, and he exemplifies the spirit of entrepreneurial leadership in many different ways. He is an experienced commercial litigator with Evans and Petree, a prominent Memphis law firm. His legal expertise is well respected in the business community. John is general counsel to two successful e-commerce companies and is listed in the “Best Lawyers in America” publication.
John McQuiston has also learned how to take himself away from the rigor of his law practice from time to time. He has written an inspirational book on the subject of the Benedictine Rule, Always We Begin Again, which was a religious bestseller.
John McQuiston is a former director of the Memphis Bar Association and former Chairman of the Tennessee Bar section on Business Torts. He is also a former Chairman of the Board at St. Mary’s Episcopal School.
