Scott has proven himself a leader in the world of commercial real estate. He is founder and CEO of SPL Corporation and CB Richard Ellis Multifamily. He is also founder and past chairman of LEDIC Management Group, Inc., an investment real estate management firm that is one of the nation's five largest managers of multifamily properties. He serves on the boards of SunTrust Bank and USI Industries.
Scott Ledbetter is also a leader in numerous civic organizations throughout Memphis. He has served as the Chairman of the Boards of the Memphis Zoo, Memphis Museum System, and the Greater Memphis Arts Council. He has held Board positions on the Downtown Leadership Council, the Wolf River Conservancy, the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis and Dixon Gallery and Gardens. Scott also chaired MIFA's $25 million capital campaign and is now chairing the Pyramid Re-Use Committee.Description of Business:
